Relational Leadership

This two day, six session workshop focuses on workplace relationships. It presents participants with opportunities to be more honest with themselves and their colleagues - a process which can help to defuse resentments and encourage more productive communication. It can help transform a group of individuals into a team.

Participants will learn about:

• identify their own blocks to communication and transform old habits
• understand teambuilding as a relational experience
• discover and apply communication skills and other tools to bring
• help clarify their own goals for "teambuilding"
• lead effective teams and be an effective team-member
