The aim of this workshop is to foster agreement on goals that are in harmony with your purpose. I.C. Possibilities will encourage team members to take responsibility for specific tasks by establishing who does what and when.

Custom formats:
We can work with you to custom design this one day workshop to develop a set of goals for your group. Four to 18 participants can be accommodated. We can bring this session to your workplace or arrange for off-site facilities.
