Strategic Planning Initiative: February 2000

We facilitated a strategic planning session to review the annual operating plan. The session focused on partnership development, green home visit definition, finalization of communication and marketing plan, implementation of fundraising plan and the development of administrative policies and procedures. Given the high reliance on volunteer assistance, we encouraged the establishment of a steering committee that would be more involved in guiding the strategic planning process and an advisory council that could act as a reference group.
