BC Land Surveyors Strategic Planning and Change Management Initiative: 2005 - 2007

In March, 2005 we facilitated the develop a statement of purpose for the Association and assisted the Board and senior staff in redesigning their committee structure to more accurately reflect their current needs. Participants at yearly planning retreats continued to developed goals, strategies and action steps to revitalize the volunteer resources that are the basis of of the Association's strength. Participants also created a communication plan for relaying the results to members of the Association. In 2006 we also helped the Association continue to streamline their committee structure and operating procedures by facilitating the development of a Committee Charter.
