Islands Trust Relational Leadership Training: May 1996

We provided relational leadership training to the Islands Trust Local Planning Group. Participants made commitments to form a stronger base for building their relationships. They also learned new tools to improve their communications and worked to resolve specific communication barriers associated with a central office which supports staff and elected officials spread out around coastal communities of the Georgia Strait.
